Feature	It is a full-auto round-disk rotating type injection molding machine and uses all-oil-pressing motions with automatic control, exclusive of the mould-opening for taking out the finishes. Suitable for making mono-color and bi-color soles with foamed or non-foamed PVC,TPR,TPU,TRetc. plastic-rubber raw materials
1.1 This machine use PLC for control and an optimized design has been done for the line and control software, making the electric portion has following features:	1.1.1 Perfect circuit protection: overload, short-circuit and voltage stabilizing protections; 1.1.2 Perfect programming control of motion cycle, the time of multiple motions is adjustable; 1.1.3 Use digitalized gauging for the injecting material quantity to make sure of accuracy and good repeatability; 1.1.4 The injecting pressure of each station can be individually adjusted so as to make sure of the molding quality; 1.1.5 Automatic control of four-section temperatures; 1.1.6 Use a switch power for stabilized voltage power supply, with short-circuit and overload protections; 1.1.7 Available with self-diagnosis and several warning functions;
1.2 The hydraulic system holds uniquely designed features:	1.2.1 Use a highduty double pump , the motions of the mould-closing and feeding quickly, high effective and energy saving; 1.2.2 Use a double proportional valve and digitalized adjustment of the system pressure and flow, accurately and conveniently. 1.2.3 Use an oil motor for feeding, high effective and energy saving, the pressure, speed and back pressure of it are adjustable to enhance the molding quality and accuracy, simply structured and easily maintained; 1.2.4 Use an oil motor to drive the rotary disk to make the motion stable and the positioning accurate;
Use a rotary disk, with the mould capacity ten pairs, and each station has the choice whether to take part in the production and of the injecting material quantity
